1932 Perry Place is located just off Atlantic Boulevard just out of San Marco Square on the Southbank. It is the first house on the left on Perry Place. See detailed maps at the bottom of this page.
FROM SAN MARCO
From Hendricks Avenue in San Marco turn East on Atlantic Boulevard. You will see a railroad crossing directly ahead once you turn onto Atlantic Boulevard. As soon as you cross the railroad take the first left, which is Perry Place. 1932 Perry Place is the first house on the left.
FROM THE NORTHSIDE
You may take I-95 South, cross the Fuller Warren Bridge, on the bridge get in the far right lane and take the San Marco Exit off the bridge. Proceed straight ahead to San Marco Boulevard, which is the main cross street - take a right then proceed on San Marco Boulevard until you reach San Marco Square. In the Square there is a large statue of three lions on the left, and a red light at that statue. Atlantic Boulevard veers to the left off of San Marco Boulevard at the light at the statue of the lions. You want to veer left at that red light at the statue of the lions and proceed straight ahead until you see a railroad crossing directly ahead. As soon as you cross the railroad take the first left, which is Perry Place. 1932 Perry Place is the first house on the left.
Alternatively, from the Northside you may come down Main Street, cross the Main Street Bridge, then take the Hendricks Avenue Exit after you cross the bridge. This exit will lead off and intersect at a stop light at Hendricks Avenue. Turn right (South) on Hendricks Avenue and proceed to the intersection of Atlantic Boulevard. Turn left (East) on Atlantic Boulevard. You will see a railroad crossing directly ahead once you turn onto Atlantic Boulevard. As soon as you cross the railroad take the first left, which is Perry Place. 1932 Perry Place is the first house on the left.
FROM THE SOUTHSIDE OF JACKSONVILLE
If you are on I-95 North continue all the way toward the downtown area where you will see the high rise buildings of downtown on your right. As you approach the downtown bridges, move to the far right lane of I-95. Take the Prudential Drive exit. Turn right at the bottom of the exit on Prudential Drive. Proceed to the intersection of Hendricks Avenue. Turn right (South) on Hendricks Avenue and proceed to the intersection of Atlantic Boulevard. Turn left (East) on Atlantic Boulevard. You will see a railroad crossing directly ahead once you turn onto Atlantic Boulevard. As soon as you cross the railroad take the first left, which is Perry Place. 1932 Perry Place is the first house on the left.
Alternatively you may come up San Jose Boulevard (SR 13) which becomes Hendricks Avenue as you near San Marco. From Hendricks Avenue in San Marco turn right (East) on Atlantic Boulevard. FROM THE WESTSIDE AND I-10
Take I-10 into Jacksonville and at the split of I-10 and I-95 South, take I-95 South, cross the Fuller Warren Bridge, on the bridge get in the far right lane and take the San Marco Exit off the bridge. Proceed straight ahead to San Marco Boulevard, which is the main cross street - take a right then proceed on San Marco Boulevard until you reach San Marco Square. FROM RIVERSIDE
Get on the Fuller Warren Bridge, and once on the bridge get in the far right lane and take the San Marco Exit off the bridge.
